This FAQ page answers common questions related to certificate download, email OTP verification, printing, and support.
If you are unable to receive OTP, cannot find your certificate, entered the wrong email, or need help accessing certificates for multiple events, the answers below should help you quickly.
Enter your registered email address on the certificate portal,
verify using the OTP sent to your email, select your event,
and your certificate will appear for download.
Please check your spam or junk folder. If the OTP still
does not arrive, try requesting the OTP again or contact
the event organizer for assistance.
This usually means your email address is not linked to a
certificate record for that event. Please ensure you are
using the same email address used during event registration.
Yes. After verification, you can select different events
from the event dropdown if certificates exist for your
email address.
Yes. Once the certificate appears, you can either
download the PDF or click the print button to print
it directly from your browser.
